Uni

So I'm back at uni. Blah.

Have found out I can't get austudy. Am destined to be poor and living in my parents house for the rest of my life. Or I can throw myself on the not so tender mercies of newstart allowance and claim to be looking for full-time work. It's more annoying and time consuming and involves questionable commitments - 'yes of course I'll quit my course if I find full time work at MacDonalds instead!' - but it does involve slightly more money, rent assistance and a travel concession. And I don't have to study full time this semester. Woo Hoo.

It's raining in Melbourne, but its not that cold. Haven't yet adjusted to Melbourne weather. Outside feels extremely warm for winter and inside is freezing! No one heats their houses enough!

--home again--

Well it's been ages since I've written. First because I was doing incredibly exciting things in Cuba. I totally loved the place, I recomend to everyone that you go there. Just try to ingnore the jinteros/as (sp?) and don't belive anything the rastas tell you!

Then of course I've now got home. Which is lovely, but strangely uneventful after all my travelling. Not complaining at all about getting to see Anne again though.

Cuba Libre

Off to Cuba in half an hour. Thank god. Am uterly sick of mexico. Course it doesn´t help that I ha my bag stolen yesterday. No money or anything like that was in it, but all my films from the trip were gone and my guidebook to cuba. A grevious loss and I´m still in morning.

But cuba will be fun, and it´s all just stuff anyway,

grrr

I love you all very much and am having a great adventure.
